That is very respectable - I'm guessing you've been training for a while now? Although my real thrill lies in mountain biking, living in the city forces me to get on the road bikes a little more often than not. My typical rides go anywhere from 20 to a little over 100 miles. If I'm going for a speed workout, I usually stick to 22-23 mph for anything under 40 miles. Average 100 mile would be ~20-22 mph with average terrain. I accel more at climbing than anything else, though. :) Oh, Linkity-split
